I've lost touch with some people I used to talk to, and got a bit busy with filming for a drama.

When you start to get busy and stressful, sometimes you become a bit sensitive and what not.
But, I've had this specific problem for a while, whether or not I've been stressed.
What are your tips on how to keep yourself calm and not lose patience ?
My patience runs out so fast, and I get annoyed really easily. Last year or so, I tried to grow my hair out to test my patience, and I managed to get it down to my neck. But now I need to figure out another way to not lose patience so fast.
Any tips ?
